I bought this rug for my daughter's room. Her queen size bed is sitting on it with plenty of rug around the bed. This is a gorgeous rug. I had no problems getting it to lay flat and there was no funny chemical smell. No cushy padding was needed and the price is a bargain considering the size and quality of the rug.

Great rug for the money Aug 11, 2012

I received this rug from a caller, and I really like it. I have taken several pictures of me with this rug as part of the set. The colors and design are very pretty, and go well with our apartment.
Some people have complained about the rug curling under from being so tightly rolled in storage. If you read Stephen King, your problem is solved. Just put several of his larger books (Cujo, Tommyknockers, The Stand, It,) on the curled edge and leave for about a week. This will beat the rug into submission.
My only complaint is that the rug does not like us as much as we like it, perhaps due to using Stephen King books? Or a steady diet of horror and slasher movies as well as Criminal Minds, as it lives in front of the TV. It keeps trying to escape by crawling to the door and down the stairs, only to be hauled back. Hopefully the cats that lie on it will telepathically communicate that this is really a good house to be in, and we are nice people.

I was in search of a rug that had detailing but not too loud, this was perfect, the color is blue/gray more blue but still exquisite. Very soft and easy to flatten after taking out of the packaging, just put a couple of heavy books on the end. If i have to get more rugs i will be coming back!

I looked both on line and out in the world for a rug for several weeks. I found a rug very similar to this, but not as soft, at a tent sale at my local home depot and went back to look at it 4 different times. I'm so glad I ultimately decided on this one. It was half the price and much softer. The colors are rich, the blue is blue and the texture exceeded my expectations. Shipping was quick and the rug unrolled easily.

Nice quality rug beautiful colors for a great price. Had looked at similar rugs in retail store for over $200 more
